Recreation Facilities include the clubhouse, pool area, basketball court, tot lot, BBQ grills, and the amphitheater.

The Recreation Facilities are for the exclusive use of St. Cloud residents and their guests. Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times, with a limit of four guests per unit (five at the basketball court). Please do not allow tailgating, let in anyone without a fob, or prop the pool gate open.

Each unit may have up to two pool and clubhouse fobs. Replacement fobs are $50 each. To request a replacement, contact info@stcloudhoa.com.

Bicycles, skateboards, tricycles, and any other wheeled vehicle or toy are not allowed in the Recreation Facilities.  Mobility devices are excepted.

Hours

- Pool, spa, and fitness center: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

- Great Room: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

- Basketball court and tot lot: 8:00 a.m. to 30 minutes after sunset

- Amphitheater: 8:00 a.m. to sunset

Minors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult in all Recreation Facilities.

The pool and barbecue areas cannot be reserved and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Alcohol, pets, and glass are not allowed in the pool area. Glass or alcohol at the pool is a health and safety violation subject to a $250 fine. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in any recreation facility.

Proper swim attire is required in the pool and spa. Street clothes are not allowed in the water.

Showers are recommended prior to using the pool or spa and all incontinent individuals must wear rubber pants over diapers.

No diving, running, pushing, or profanity is allowed.

Noise must be kept at a courteous level at all times.
