Calendar and Meeting Schedule

Board Meetings

• St. Cloud Board Meetings are typically held on the second Wednesday of each month.

• The open session begins at 6:00 p.m. in the clubhouse.

• Owners are welcome to attend to raise comments or concerns.

• Owners are also welcome to attend simply to listen and stay informed.

Executive Meetings

• Executive Meetings are for Board members only and are not open to the community.

• These meetings are generally held one hour before the monthly open Board Meeting.

Town Halls

Town Halls are held every other month, on the Saturday before the monthly Board Meeting, at 10:00 a.m. in the clubhouse.

• Town Halls are held in February, April, June, August, October, and December.

• They provide an opportunity to discuss community topics, ask questions, and hear updates.

• All owners and renters are encouraged to attend.
