What is the Gate code?
We change the gate code periodically for security reasons. Also for security reasons we don’t share the code publicly. Please contact annmarie.menegaz@keystonepacific.com for the latest code.
I never picked up the new pool fobs, how do I get them?
If you have never picked up the new fobs that went into effect on March 1st of 2026, you can get them during office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am and 1pm or 2pm to 5pm.
I lost my pool fobs or I lost my gate remote. How do I get new ones?
Replacement pool fobs and gate remotes are available for purchase. There is a maximum of two fobs and two remotes per unit. Replacement fobs are $50 and replacement gate remotes are $67.50. Please contact treasurer@stcloudhoa.com for payment information.
I have questions on how to pay my dues or my balance. Who do I contact?
Questions regarding dues payments and your balance should be directed to jacobsj@keystonepacific.com

There is an informal weekly newsletter every Friday. Please contact st.cloud.weekly@gmail.com to subscribe.
What is my unit’s code for overnight outside parking?
