Parking
Each of St. Cloud’s 349 homes has parking for two vehicles but in addition St. Cloud has a generous 175 outside parking spots for use by residents and guests. Residents who prove a need can park up to two vehicles outside permanently by purchasing annual passes. Temporary guest and resident parking is free for 20 days in a moving 6 month window, after which parking is $3/day. Our specific parking policies are described below.
Safelisting: Safelisting is the process of notifying parking enforcement that a vehicle is allowed to park outside overnight on a temporary basis. In order to safelist a vehicle, residents should visit https://stcloud.parkingattendant.com/stcloud/services and register the vehicles that will be parking outside using their unit address and their unique unit code. If you do not have your unit code you can contact parking@stcloudhoa.com
Parking During the Day (6am to 12am): Anyone can park in any valid parking spot during the day. Safelisting is not required.
Parking Overnight Short Term: Residents or guests who are safelisted can park overnight up to 20 times in a 180 day moving window .
Parking Overnight Long Term, Residents: Only vehicles registered to a St. Cloud address are eligible to park overnight long term. In addition, residents must show a need to park outside via a garage inspection. A vehicle that does not fit in a fully empty garage or a third vehicle registered to the address will likely be approved for an annual fee of $200 with a 2nd pass costing $500 annually. A garage space unable to accommodate a vehicle because the space is being used for another purpose will not be approved. Towing: If you park in a fire lane you'll get towed immediately. If you park on a garage apron, you'll get towed if it's within 180 days of a warning. Any unauthorized vehicle parked outside overnight will be towed if it's within 180 days of a warning. If you get towed, contact https://westerntowing.com/.
