In addition to our beautiful junior Olympic pool, we also have a basketball court, tot lot, gym, and a spacious clubhouse. We pride ourselves on being a well-maintained, family-oriented community, and we always look forward to meeting new residents!

We’re conveniently located across from Ivey Ranch Elementary school as well as Martin Luther King Jr. park. We’re also close to retail shopping as well as Hwy. 76 and 78.

St. Cloud is managed by Keystone Property Management Company as well as a five member board of directors. In addition we enjoy an active volunteer staff on our landscape, facilities, and parking committees.
